1. Collection of personal data and data controller

Job applications. GIANTX will process the data submitted to the email address rrhh@GIANTXgaming.pro in order to consider the user's application for any potential selection processes that may take place.

Legal basis: User consent. At any time, the user can withdraw this consent so that their personal data are no longer processed for this purpose, as provided in section 8 below.

If the user withdraws this consent, GIANTX will not be able to consider their application in any potential selection processes.

Sweepstakes. GIANTX, through the Website and social media accounts, may collect user data for participation in organized sweepstakes. The data will be processed to organize and execute the draw and, if the user is selected, to inform them and deliver the prize.

Legal basis: User consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time so that their personal data are no longer processed by GIANTX, in accordance with section 8 of this policy.

1. If this consent is withdrawn, the user will not be able to participate in the sweepstakes, and GIANTX will not be able to deliver the corresponding prize if they are selected.

Social media. GIANTX has accounts on various social media platforms (including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, and Discord). Through these accounts, GIANTX interacts with users and, on occasions, will process their data to interact with them and involve them in various promotional campaigns.

Legal basis: User consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time so that their personal data are no longer processed by GIANTX, in accordance with section 8 of this policy, or through the respective social media platform via private message.

If this consent is withdrawn, the user will no longer be able to participate, if applicable, in the promotional campaigns.

3. Accuracy and truthfulness

GIANTX considers the personal data provided by the interested party as truthful and accurate, therefore not being responsible for any damages that may arise from the lack of truthfulness and accuracy of this data.

4. Personal data of minors

Individuals under 14 years of age should not use the services offered through the Website without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

5. Retention period of personal data

In general, personal data will be retained until any actions arising from the relationship with GIANTX have expired.

Regarding the processing of data carried out in the context of applications sent to the email address rrhh@GIANTXgaming.pro, due to its nature, the user's personal data will be retained for a period of two years from submission to GIANTX.

Notwithstanding the above, in any case, personal data will be retained for the periods established by the current legislation.

6. Disclosure of personal data

GIANTX may disclose your personal data to:

1. Competent public authorities, State Security Forces and Corps, and Courts and Tribunals, in compliance with legal obligations.

2. Service providers of GIANTX, including companies within its group, acting as data processors.

There are no foreseen international data transfers.

8. Exercise of rights and claims

The user can exercise their rights regarding data protection (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and to not be subject to automated individual decisions that produce legal effects concerning the user or significantly affect them in a similar way) by sending a communication via postal mail to 77 Paris Street, 29006 - Málaga, or by sending an email to the address sales@GIANTX.pro, indicating their name, surname, and attaching a copy of an identification document.

Notwithstanding the above, the user has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
