How do I access the Members' Discord?
Join our Discord at https://discord.com/invite/giantx, and after verifying your purchase, we’ll grant you access to the VIP area with the rest of the members.
How do I receive my membership card?
You will find your membership card in the designated channel on Discord as soon as we have confirmed your purchase and assigned the corresponding role.
How do I know if I've won a giveaway?
It's easy! We'll announce the winners in our exclusive newsletters, which you'll receive at the email address you provided in the form. We will also contact you via Discord!
